Add these Mexican Spices to Every Mexican Dish to Enhance it's Flavor!

The 4-C's


These four spices should be added to EVERY Mexican dish to give a Mexican feel to it, I call them the 4-C's. Cayenne, cumin, coriander and chili powder. You can enhance these even further with the addition of salt and a dash of lime juice.

For a blend to keep in a container mix:

Equal parts Cumin, Coriander and Chili Powder
Half the part Coarse Grind Salt
Quarter the part Cayenne
